Sonakshi Sinha has admitted that thanks to the way she had been brought up by her family, she finds it ‘extremely hard’ and ‘not-so-comfortable’ while starring in intimate sequences with her co-stars on-screen.
Sonakshi made the comments while taking part in a promotional activity on a private television channel to promote her latest film Ittefaq co-strring Akshaye Khanna and Sidharth Malhotra. The film is said to be ‘struggling’ at the box-office but had nevertheless collected Rs.20.30 crores in its first six days in theatres.
Responding to a query as to whether she loved starring in intimate sequences with Sidharth, Sonakshi said each actress had a certain degree of ‘discomfort zone’. “It might have to do with acting, dancing, comedy or emoting.
In my case, I’m not at all very comfortable with intimate sequences. Thankfully enough, it doesn’t reflect on screen but I was nervous while starring in such sequences,” Sonakshi says.
The actress, who starred opposite Tamil superstar Rajinikanth a few years back in Lingaa, conceded that she had always been a huge fan of Hrithik Roshan who had been her ‘childhood’ hero.
